1. Collaboration & Communication

By purchasing any service from GraphicsGround LLC, you enter into a legally binding agreement governed by these Terms of Use. This agreement outlines the rights, responsibilities, and obligations between you (the “Client”) and GraphicsGround LLC (the “Company”).

GraphicsGround LLC is a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, USA. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

  • 1.1 — Service Delivery: GraphicsGround strives to deliver premium branding, deck, presentation, collateral, and LinkedIn design services in a timely manner. We rely on timely, honest, and clear feedback to ensure the best outcome. Once deliverables are approved, revisions are closed and considered final.
  • 1.2 — Design Process & Deliverables: All designs are created as original works. Final delivery includes multiple formats depending on the service (AI, EPS, PPT, PDF, PNG, JPG, Canva templates where applicable). Branding packages may include logo systems, brand style rules, and mini-guidelines. Full ownership rights are transferred upon final payment.
  • 1.3 — Design Originality: We do not use pre-made templates, stock logos, or plagiarized elements in our branding process. Every design is created specifically for your brand.
  • 1.4 — Communication: Support and communication are provided through email (finder3nasu@gmail.com) and project management channels. Calls may be scheduled when necessary, but the primary mode of communication is written for clarity and record-keeping.
  • 1.5 — Client Delays: Our service delivery begins as soon as you submit your project request. If required materials (brand inputs, content, feedback) are delayed, GraphicsGround is not liable for missed timelines.
  • 1.6 — Copyright & Ownership: Upon full payment, the client receives complete ownership of final design assets, full intellectual property rights, and unlimited usage rights across all mediums. GraphicsGround waives all rights to final approved designs once payment is received in full.

2. Refund Policy

GraphicsGround offers a satisfaction-first guarantee. If the delivered service does not meet expectations, clients may request a refund before final approval of deliverables. Refunds are not available once final files have been approved and delivered.

3. GraphicsGround Obligations

  • 3.1 — GraphicsGround provides services according to its standard policies and procedures and reserves the right to decline clients for any reason.
  • 3.2 — Service offerings, package inclusions, and pricing may change at the company’s discretion.

4. Fees & Payment

  • 4.1 — All services must be paid in full and in advance before work begins.
  • 4.2 — Payments are processed securely. By purchasing, you authorize GraphicsGround to charge the agreed amount.
  • 4.3 — Subscription-based or recurring services can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.

5. Indemnity

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GraphicsGround and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from breach of this agreement or misuse of delivered work.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • 6.1 — Upon Full Payment: The client owns full rights to the final designs, may trademark or register them, and can use them in any format (digital or print). GraphicsGround retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
  • 6.2 — Before Final Payment: All rights remain with GraphicsGround. The client may not use, reproduce, or distribute proposed designs. Preliminary drafts remain property of GraphicsGround.

7. Limitation of Liability

GraphicsGround is not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

8. Confidentiality Agreement (NDA)

GraphicsGround respects client confidentiality. Any business details, strategies, or proprietary data shared with us will only be used to deliver services. We take reasonable measures to safeguard this information and ensure it is only shared with team members or subcontractors who are bound by confidentiality obligations.

9. Credit Card Disputes

Charges are considered valid unless disputed within 14 days. Disputes pause all refunds, credits, and project work. GraphicsGround prefers direct negotiation to resolve issues. Even if a dispute is won, GraphicsGround may pursue legal action to recover the disputed amount plus fees.

10. Miscellaneous

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Client and GraphicsGround LLC. Any amendments must be in writing. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms remain enforceable.
