Welcome to GraphicsGround. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms. These conditions ensure a transparent, professional, and successful partnership.
1. Service Engagement
GraphicsGround provides bespoke presentation design and pitch deck design services. A project officially begins only after a signed proposal is received and the initial deposit (as outlined in your quote) is paid.
2. Payment Terms
Deposit: A non-refundable commencement fee (typically 50%) is required to secure your spot in our production cycle.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon approval of the final drafts and prior to the delivery of editable source files.
Project Stalls: Projects inactive for more than 30 days due to client delay may be subject to a restart fee.
3. Intellectual Property
Client Ownership: Upon receipt of final payment, full ownership of the final visual designs is transferred to the client.
Agency Rights: GraphicsGround retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a specific NDA or "Private Portfolio" agreement is signed.
Third-Party Assets: Any premium fonts or stock imagery used remain the property of their respective owners; licenses are transferred to the client where applicable.
Revisions & Collaboration
Our "3-Step Process" is built on a foundation of deep collaboration to ensure the final asset exceeds expectations.
Agile Feedback: We utilize a partnership-led iteration process. Specific revision phases and feedback loops are discussed and finalized during the initial Project Strategy Meeting to align with your project’s complexity.
Strategic Alignment: We prioritize alignment during the "Strategic Deep Dive" phase to minimize major structural changes later in the production cycle.
Scope Adjustments: Should the project narrative or scope change significantly after the design phase has commenced, we will discuss an adjusted timeline and fee structure before proceeding.
5. Confidentiality & NDAs
We operate in high-stakes sectors like AI, FinTech, and SaaS. GraphicsGround treats all client data as strictly confidential. We are available to sign standard NDAs to ensure your proprietary information remains secure throughout the design process.
6. Client Responsibilities
The quality of our work depends on the clarity of your brief. The client is responsible for providing all necessary data, branding guidelines, and feedback in a timely manner. GraphicsGround is not liable for errors in data provided by the client.
7. Limitation of Liability
GraphicsGround provides high-fidelity design tools to assist in your business goals. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as successful funding rounds or sales targets, as these depend on factors beyond the design of the presentation.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through professional mediation before pursuing legal action.
